We have now set up a system whereby owners can pay their monthly community fees by PayPal.
PayPal is one of the world's largest worldwide internet payment companies.
We have taken the PayPal approach as some owners objected to the addition of VAT.
In the coming days you will receive your first invoice which will cover the period from which you took ownership of your villa, up until the end of June.
Future invoices will cover a period of three months (in advance) which is in line with most communities. These will be charged to cover each quarter: 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October.
For those of you that have to pay from non-Euro accounts, this will keep down your bank fees as well as the community accounts' fees on Paypal.
* To help save money on Paypal fees, please sign up for Paypal and link your bank account with your Paypal account. Paypal will not charge you transection fees if you fund your Paypal Payment via your Bank Account.
After you have made the payment, it may show on your Paypal account your payment was made to "Mr Savory". Mr Savory works for the developer of Souri Village and he is the appointed accountant for the community fees account until such time as all properties are sold when we can hand over the responsibility to the community.
If you have any questions regarding the community fees, please contact us directly via - info@sourivillage.com
We look forward to seeing you on your next visit.
