Welcome to Souri Village & Important Information


Dear Owners,

A warm welcome from Souri Village.

To assist you settling into your new home, please find below important information about the site for your convenience.

Pool

Pool lights will be switched off at 11p.m.

For your safety and the safety of others, all glassware and breakables are prohibited from the pool areas, as broken glasses will result in the pool being closed and emptied for costly cleaning.

Communal areas

Communal lighting will switch to eco mode (50% of the lights will be off) at 11:30 p.m.

Please keep all the gates shut at all times to prevent unwanted sheep on the site as they will destroy the gardens.

Gardens

Our gardener looks after all garden areas (both public & private). We have installed an irrigation system to water the plants; do not adjust the system in any way. The gardens have been carefully designed for the enjoyment of all Owners to give year round colour and vibrancy and to contribute to the privacy of the villas. Please do not undertake any work yourself and contact the management if you have any gardening requests or questions.

Trash

Please keep trash bag inside your property, as they will attract unwanted pests. There is a big green trash collection bin at the entrance driveway of the site. Please deposit your trash there.

Improvements / Repairs

Please consult the management before starting any repairs to your villa.

No outdoor modification can be made (as per the owners agreement) in order to maintain the feel and look of the site. This includes but not limited to: color of the building on the outside, doors, windows, shutters, patio, garden areas (as there are under ground pipe works) etc. Some exceptions can be made but it must be approved in advance by the development. Please contact the management for any enquires.

TV/ Internet

Please contact the management to adjust the TV satellite dish or to install internet connection as we have a private internet and TV system for the site which can only be adjusted by the approved contractors.

Cats

You might have met our on site cats - Robbie (ginger tom) and Cassie (black and brown). Please resist from feeding them (even though it’s hard to as they keep begging) - they are fed every morning by the management and live on site for pest control purposes, hungry cats work better!
